Be Nice. It's cheaper in the long run.

Mark McCormack wrote, in his book Things They Do Not Teach You At Harvard Business College - "All things being equal people prefer to do business with people they like. And when all things are not equal - people still prefer to do business with people they like. "

So, you had better learn to be likable!
