Makes you wonder if the dodgy ones are the arrested employees or the people who set the culture and tone.
I was this close to installing the CharacterWorks program in the said bank when the Head of Training and Development advised me that the powers above wanted the development team to concentrate on getting all the employees to take a course in increasing account take ups.
The walls were festooned with the predictable values statements and motherhood vows but the follow-through just wasn't there. Still isn't apparently.
Now they are 'reeling'.
Really? Reeling! If you don't do anything about stopping foxes getting into the chook house please don't cry crocodile tears by 'reeling' when your chooks get bitten and your chook house gets condemned.
