Bullying - What can you expect?

Binge Drinking, bullying, brawling... Now it's resulting in deaths on the streets.



A recent survey of Year 11 students found more than 70 per cent considered bullying a problem in their schools.

60 Minutes ran a piece on Sunday 13th April 2008 about cyber bullying. The news is peppered week by week with stories of injury and death resulting from brawling and bullying.

So what can you expect in a society where for 50 years it has been more important to look good than be good, to be trained rather than transformed, to be entertained rather than educated. There’s clearly a diminished respect for the character qualities of respect, self control, benevolence and generosity.

Hello-o-o-o-o. Is anyone listening?

It can be fixed by educating all of us in the 24 Core Character Qualities

You're right Colin, there’s clearly a diminished respect for the character qualities of respect, self control, benevolence and generosity. Not only as it become more important to look good and to be entertained at our J.O.B's, it seems that it has spilled out into our schools more than ever. Now days brown nosing and favors outway charactor.
